Hello Eastern Star Attendees,
Can you believe it? June is just around the corner, and before we know it, we’ll all be gathering at the Horizon Convention Center in Muncie, Indiana, from June 12th to 16th!
As many of you remember from last year, there is quite a bit of walking involved, and having a mobility scooter can be a real lifesaver. We are pleased to announce that Indy Scooter Rental will once again be providing scooter rentals for the event.
Scooter Rental Details:
- Cost: $225.00
- Delivery: Wednesday around noon
- Pick-up: Sunday at 6:00 PM in the Hospitality Room
How to Reserve Your Scooter:
- Secure your rental now with a $25.00 non-refundable deposit (the balance is due by June 1st).
- If you pay in full now, everything except the $25 deposit will be refunded if you need to cancel.
