2026 PRI Trade Show Mobility Scooter INFORMATION
December 10-12, 2026
While the PRI Show Indiana Convention Center and downtown Indianapolis are relatively easy to navigate, we can make your trip more comfortable with a mobility scooter.
Indy Scooter Rentals will be onsite at the PRI Show to provide special show rates and daily rentals & returns: Thursday, December 10th & Friday, December 11th 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., and Saturday, December 12th 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. We will be located near Show Registration and the Maryland Street Entrance.
Daily Rentals are only $75.00 per day, 2-day rental is available for $140.00 and all 3 days for $199.00.
Staying in a downtown hotel? Let us deliver a Scooter to be there when you arrive, and you can leave at the front desk at check-out. Special hotel three-day show rates are $199.00, with each additional day only $10.00 more, including delivery and taxes.
Hotel scooter rentals will be delivered to your hotel between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on the first day of your rental and picked-up between 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on the last day.
Reserve your PRI onsite or Hotel delivery scooter now for just $50.00 (non-refundable) with the balance due November 13th, 2026. Complete either the PRI Show onsite or Hotel delivery forms below.
